Denis C. Lafreniere, M.D., division chief, is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where he also performed his residency. He completed an internship at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford. Dr. Lafreniere is board-certified in
otolaryngology. |

Gerald Leonard, M.D., is a graduate of the National University of Ireland School of Medicine, University College, Galway Ireland. He performed his residency at the Belfast City Hospital, Ireland and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Leonard completed an
otolaryngology residency at the University
of Iowa Hospital and Clinic and a neuro-otology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, Eye and Ear Hospital. He is board-certified in otolaryngology.

Kourosh Parham, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where he also performed his
otolaryngology residency. He is board-certified in otolaryngology. |

Jeffrey D. Spiro, M.D., is a graduate of the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He performed a surgery internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts and an
otolaryngology residency at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York. Dr. Spiro
completed a fellowship at the Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He is board-certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. |
