American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Rhogam Recommendation
ACOG has recommended giving repeated doses of Rhogam to an Rh negative woman every 12 weeks if she remains undelivered. It may be that many practitioners are not aware of this
recommendation. Therefore, we have designed a template that can be downloaded for labels that can be placed in the patient’s chart to help remind you and your staff to administer
Rhogam every 12 weeks. The template is designed to be used with AVERY 8163 or 8164 size labels. You may print as many labels from the template as needed. Please feel free to contact
us should you have any further questions.
