Heart Failure
Dr. Jason Ryan, co-director of the Heart Failure Program
at the Pat and Jim Calhoun
Cardiology Center, provides information about
heart failure, a condition that affects over 5.7 million
individuals in the United States. He also talks about the
Health Center’s new and innovative “Hospital to Home”
program which helps keep heart failure patients at home and
out of the hospital.
